  1. Business Development Manager (Charlotte, NC)

    Our client is the leading provider of worldwide smart end-to-end supply chain & logistics, enabling the flow of trade across the globe.     The Business Development Manager role will provide quality support to the Senior Vice President, Business Development – Americas, enabling them to spend as much time as possible in the field prospecting for new business opportunities in Ports & Terminals and on Logistics, meeting with customers, government authorities, Investment/JV partner(s), and the Americas Regional Office (ARO) and business unit leadership teams. The primary focus will be to conduct in-depth industry, market and commercial research, financial modelling & analysis, and collate information into useful forms for business opportunity assessment. Will be responsible for day-to-day activities, delivering detailed analyses to support team leaders, as well as having ownership of numerical analysis to assist the teams in assessing the viability of potential investments from a strategic and financial perspective.

    •Assist the team in evaluating, conducting due diligence, structuring, and negotiating potential transactions across the ARO’s regional presence including greenfield developments, concessions, strategic expansion plans, acquisitions, divestments, and restructurings

    •Conduct and coordinate with internal resources to conduct in-depth research, analysis, and due diligence on the relevant asset, geography, market, competitive environment, regulatory environment, engineering & technical matters, operational requirements, and funding alternatives

    •Prepare and review detailed/comprehensive three-statement financial models to project business performance and conduct sensitivity analyses in order to assess potential returns

    •Prepare valuation analysis of potential opportunities by applying a variety of techniques including discounted cash flow, dividend discount model, comparable companies, and comparable transactions

    •Provide guidance to the region on their projects and their process through the approval process, including preparing project briefs and presentations to secure internal approvals

    •Analyze key risks identified in due diligence and potential mitigants including preparing risk matrixes which articulate key risks identified within each project or transaction and mitigating actions (e.g., value adjustment, contractual protections)

    •Assist in the review and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documentation covering, among others, tenders, concessions, financing, share purchase agreements and shareholders agreements

    •Assist Finance/Treasury teams in securing financing for projects including preparation of financial models with appropriate covenants to share with third-party lenders

    •Assist in selection, appointment, and management of external resources including for legal, tax, financial, commercial, and technical due diligence, as necessary

    •Strong financial modeling skills. Comprehensive understanding of business valuation and debt structuring

    •Minimum 5-7 years of a progressive finance career path

  2. M&A Business Development Specialist (Must be willing to travel; Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia, DR, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, PR)

    Our client, an established fintech company, is seeking a hands-on, results-driven M&A Business Development Specialist

    •Business Development: Contribute to identifying and executing potential acquisition opportunities

    •Contract Development/Negotiation: Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, including drafting and converting financial models into contract text with legal counsel assistance

    •Asset Valuation/Presentations: Create asset valuations using Excel-based financial models and deliver final presentations

    •M&A Deal Management: Lead and manage M&A deals with minimal supervision, from reading and drafting contracts to closing

    •Financial Modeling/Strategic Support: Build financial models and negotiation frameworks to support strategic deals

    •Due Diligence Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of business due diligence, organizing external advisors and business areas including tax, Quality of Earnings (QoE), labor, legal, technology, and business sponsors

    •Business & Value Drivers: Identify key business and value drivers for each potential opportunity, and develop financial projections and valuation views to support M&A decisions

    •10+ years of experience in M&A, business development, or a related role, with a focus on contract negotiation, financial modeling, and due diligence coordination

    •Strong understanding of M&A processes and financial modeling (though this is not the primary responsibility)

    •Ability to work independently and manage complex deals across multiple geographies

    •Experience in asset valuation, contract negotiation, due diligence, and deal execution

    •Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and proficiency in Portuguese is a plus

    •Ability to draft, negotiate, and close contracts with legal and financial elements

    •Experience with cross-border M&A deals and coordinating due diligence across multiple geographies

    A growing venture debt team part of a larger holding company is looking to hire a principal, with a minimum of 5 years of specific experience within the US venture debt space. Those with relevant transaction experience within technology or financial technology will be preferred. The position offers remote flexibility, but with a strong preference for the candidate to be based in Miami.

  4. Brazil Corporate Bond Sales to Brazil Corps | EU or US Corporate Bond Sales (Remote)

  5. Corporate Bond Sales to Brazilian Account Base (Greenwich, CT, Miami, Madrid, Rio)

    We are seeking an external debt bond salesperson who can generate significant flows in Brazilian bonds, either through excellent local relationships or through strong relationships with real money and/or hedge funds that trade Brazil extensively.

    •Experience: 7–15 years in EM corporate bond sales, with a focus on Brazilian issuers

    •Network: Strong relationships with U.S.-based institutional clients (asset managers, pension funds, hedge funds), and family offices. And to a lesser extent, although helpful, with Brazilian corporates. Main focus on secondary market trading but also distributing new issuances of Brazilian issuers

    Expertise:

    •Selling products like private placements, high-yield corporate debt, and Reg S/144A offerings

    •Deep knowledge of Brazilian fixed income markets and regulations. – Helpful but not a deal breaker as this is more bond focused

    •Familiarity with structuring and selling cross-border transactions

    •Willingness to travel between Brazil and the U.S.
