Profile

  • Work experience: 8 years (At least 2 years in management consulting firm, ideally manager level). (BCG, Bain, A.T.Kearney, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, E&Y or similar).
  • Functional expertise in strategic planning, commercial, operational strategy or organizational design (best in more than two areas). Candidates with experience in IT or processes (E.g. Alexander Proudfoot, London, etc.) are not recommended.
  • MBA from top 50 schools worldwide.
  • Best if Peruvian or strong link to Peru.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage the project and client relationship with low supervision.
  • Exceed the client expectations, complete projects on time and profitability.
  • Participate in proposal preparation and meetings with clients.
  • Participate in the business planning and management of the area.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for other business areas.
  • Gain exposure to the clients and market.
  • Perform mentoring and coaching of the consultants.
