TMT M&A Senior Analyst (Miami Area)

Job Functions:

· Lead and support activities across deal lifecycle including analysis of new markets, financial modeling and pro forma financial statement development, valuation, financial and data analysis, due diligence, and negotiations.

· Develop and maintain models, dashboards and presentations that track and analyze our industry, as well as prospective M&A or other commercial opportunities

· Partner with the business and country leaders to identify areas of inorganic or organic growth and/or focus as well as vet opportunities. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships across the company, and with lenders and investors

· Orchestrate cross-functional reviews and due diligence activities within PTI and third party providers, as required. You will also prepare investment memos and executive presentations for various internal meetings

· Conduct ad hoc analyses and financial models on various corporate finance and contractual matters. Financial analyses may include complex modeling of capitalization structures, lease/buy/financing reviews of various assets of the business, acquisitions and other corporate finance studies



  • Technical or quantitative undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Investment banking, Corporate/Business Development, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Telecom, Media, or Technology. MBA is a plus but not required.

· Familiarity a wide range of transaction types and ability to evaluate different deal structures, as well as understanding of a deal lifecycle including sourcing, valuation, diligence, deal structuring, execution and integration.

· Deep knowledge of capital markets and different debt and equity instruments.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong ability to present thoughtful input to complex decision making. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects is preferred.

· Proven ability in identifying/addressing integration, financial consolidation and reporting, sales, marketing and legal ramifications of transactions; and,

· Ability to travel frequently and as required for the role.
